Stanley Robotics is a highly ambitious robotics startup launched in January 2015. Set to revolutionise the car-parking world with an automated valet service, our robots can move any vehicle. We don’t just want to make the experience of car parking better; we want to get rid of it altogether!

Already seeing strong growth with several key accounts (car parking providers), Stanley Robotics has raised equity from big name investors and in 2018 will be rolling out several large-scale projects.

We are looking for a Recruitment and HR Officer who understands the importance of corporate culture and wants to contribute to enriching it every day with new recruits.

Position is based in Paris center.

The role

Working in collaboration with other teams, you will manage recruitment, an essential component for company growth. From creating the job advertisements with the assistance of other staff, to selection, interviews, follow-up with recruitment agencies, establishment and building relationships with schools.

You will strive to find alternatives to the traditional recruitment channels and proactively revive the existing ones, building relationships with other parties to ensure the quick and effective results.

You will also take charge of personnel administration: contracts and all steps related to hiring, leave follow-up, etc.

You will also have the opportunity to work on any other substantive subjects related to Human Resources such as internal communication or training.

Your profile

  • Significant experience in recruitment (minimum 2 years), and familiar with the technical profiles of engineers, developers, technicians,
  • Fluent English (you may need to recruit non-French speakers), a 3rd language is a plus,
  • Independent, self-management and ability to prioritize work,
  • Enthusiastic, dedicated, honest
  • Desire to work as a team: overall success is more important than individual success,
  • Comfortable working within the less formal context of a startup business.
